What's included in your end of lease clean?

Our end of lease clean follows REIWA standards and covers everything a property manager would inspect: all rooms, kitchen (including oven interior), bathrooms, toilets, laundry, floors, windows (internal), doors, skirting boards, light fittings, and fly screens. We also include a 72-hour re-clean guarantee.

Yes — on every job, without exception. We use biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and Perth's environment. We never substitute cheaper chemical alternatives.

How does your 72-hour re-clean guarantee work?

Accepted Answer

If your property manager or landlord identifies any issues during the inspection (within 72 hours of our clean), contact us with the details and we'll return to address them at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to our end of lease and bond cleaning services.
